The heart of our high tech driven accuracy is a Gerber CNC router. This CNC has a large active operating area covering a 53 inch square up to 4 inches thick. Full 3 axis milling and 3 dimensional milling are easily performed for even the most simple cut job. Good Plastics has almost everything under one roof, we rarely if ever farm out anything to outside venders. Every function necessary to complete your job is right here, from CNC machining, turning, bending, poly welding and solvent welding, to a large selection of materials in our storage racks fed by our forklift and box truck. We can even deliver large plastic sheets to you for a nominal fee. Our current capabilities are, cutting, drilling, routing, straight line bending, lathe turning, solvent bonding, hot air welding, flame polishing, buffing, engraving, sign making , vinyl letter and graphic plotting, large format, 6 color vinyl printing, laminating, 3 dimensional carving, inlaying, and 3D CNC machining and cutting (on plastic, laminate, wood or foam). When all else fails and you don’t even really know how to design or draw your ideas, let us do the work for you by designing a product to fit your needs. Some of our best work has been created out of pure necessity and has made lots of money for those customers who have put us to work on their problems (the red label dispenser to the left is a good example).
